Take a bowl add gram flour,half quantity of saffron color then add water mix and make a smooth and lumpfree batter.keep a side for 10 minutes.
Take a wok add water,sugar,cardamom powder and half quantity of saffron color mix and boil for 5 to 7 minutes.
Take a sauce bottle then pour batter in bottle.
Take a wok add ghee,then ghee hot take a chslni add batter and make a boondi fry crisp then boondi out in ghee.
Boondi pour in sugar syrup mix melon seeds and rest for 5 minutes.
After 5i minutes check sugar syrup absorb then make a ladoo.
Boondi ladoo is ready.
